We do offer international shipping options which include all customs fees and import taxes. If you're purchasing from outside the U.S., you'll need a voltage converter to safely use the blower.

All sales are final. If your product does not inflate, you must contact us within 10 days of confirmed delivery to request an exchange. To qualify, the item must be unused and in its original packaging, and the exchange must be authorized in advance.

Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. All return shipments must be postmarked within 7 days of approval. We only offer exchanges for incorrect or item that do not inflate, and sale items are not eligible for store credit.
