Just a heads-up—the flat top version includes a blower, but the cone top doesn’t, so you'll need to add that to your cart if you go with that option.
• Mini Alex also comes in two sizes and has a flat top design. The 6x6 version includes a blower, while the 8x8 requires you to purchase one separately. Like the others, it’s built from commercial-grade PVC and made for younger kids.

Once your order is placed, it’ll be processed within 5 business days. Orders don’t ship out on weekends or holidays, and during busy times, it might take a little longer.

Shipping rates show up at checkout and may seem a bit high since these bounce houses are made with heavy-duty commercial PVC and that makes them heavier than the typical nylon ones. That weight also includes the blower, if your item comes with one.

You’ll get a tracking number by email once your order ships, and it should be active within 48 hours. Delivery times vary depending on your location, and Mini Castles ships anywhere in the U.S., including APO/FPO addresses.

Mini Castles isn’t responsible for delays or damage caused by the shipping carrier, so it’s a good idea to add shipping insurance during checkout.

All sales are final, so make sure to double-check your cart before checkout. That said, if your bounce house is unused, still sealed, and in its original packaging, you may be eligible for store credit, but only if you contact Mini Castles within 10 days of receiving it.

To begin the return process, email hello@minicastles.co with your order number and reason for return. If it’s approved, you'll need to send it back within 7 days, and you’ll be responsible for shipping it. There’s also a 25% restocking fee.
