ALL CASTLES MUST BE CLEANED BEFORE FIRST USE.
Products are handmade and may come with minor imperfections. Uncut stitch ends are a part of the production process and do not pose an issue to regular use of the bounce house. All sections are double stitched, so loose stitches may also be present. As the product is going through an extensive shipping process, it may come with minor scuffs and/or yellow patch stains. Some writing may also be left over from the manufacturing process. Follow manual instructions for proper cleaning. Send us an email to hello@minicastles.co for cleaning tips and recommended products. Extensive packing may also result in wrinkles in the PVC. Please inflate Minis in direct sunlight as wrinkles will release with heat.
This product requires a blower to be on at all times during use. Air leakage is normal and may be audible - sometimes in one area more than another. If product comes with damage that hinders regular use, contact us WITHIN 10 DAYS of delivery. If we approve an exchange or return (for store credit only), you will have one week to ship the product back to us.
IF PURCHASING FROM A COUNTRY OTHER THAN THE UNITED STATES, THEN YOU WILL NEED A VOLTAGE CONVERTER IN ORDER TO USE THE BLOWER SAFELY. PLEASE EMAIL US FOR MORE INFORMATION. ALSO, BEWARE OF IMPORT FEES.

I had originally wrote a bad review since my castle arrived with marking and the box was so beat up along with the carrying bag I though they were ignoring me since I had sent them two messages on their website. I finally wrote the review and they contacted me right away it turns out their system never worked!!! They were really kind and helpful! Was really impressed with the quality! Perfect for our 4 year old to bounce around with her cousin. I was able to set it up and take it down on my own which was really nice. Also love the tote bag it came with for storing away.

We are excited to have a bounce house for future birthday parties. The 8x8 size is great. Almost wish they did a bigger size. Only complaint is that it sounds like air is leaking from a seam in the center, especially when a kid is standing there. Company says it is normal but it still makes me nervous. Doesn’t seem to keep it from staying inflated. Hoping it holds up in the long-term for the amount of money we spent on it.

We are glad your littles are enjoying the Mini Alex! 🥰 Air leakage, though audible, is completely normal with both Minis and larger commercial inflatables. Some areas may leak a little more than others, but rest assured that this does not affect the overall inflation of the castle. Weight capacity does, so maintain recommended weight capacity to ensure longevity of castle use! However, we do take all concerns seriously, so please keep us updated if you notice changes with regular use!
I like the flat top look more than the castle look. Personal preference and I’m glad mini castle offers it! Thank you!

I searched and searched for a bounce house like this and am so thankful I landed on mini castle! It's just as cute in person as it is in the pictures. It's the perfect size and my daughter is constantly asking to bounce. Pros: color (i got white and so excited to use it for any party), size, pvc material(easy to clean & durable) Only con I have so far is I can't seem to get it rolled just right to go into the bag but I think that'll come over time/practice
